Over two decades of playing in a range of different bands, and several with Gone Shootin' guitarist Scot, Josh didn't really come across AC/DC until later in life. An ale-fueled idea at Baldock Beer Festival led to a band with a large repertoire of AC/DC and the love for the band just grew and grew. Lucky enough to see AC/DC in Dublin during the 'Rock or Bust' tour, the inception of Gone Shootin' developed further and here we are today! 

Josh forms the other half of the powerhouse engine room with drummer, Will. Over the years they have developed the solid foundation required for AC/DC. He uses Musicman Stingray basses with flatwound strings to emulate the great Cliff Williams.
